Most AI tools work simply: you upload data, the system processes it as a whole, returns a result. Your business plan exists as a single object inside someone else's infrastructure.
Bleanx works differently. The system is architecturally incapable of seeing your complete business plan. This is not a security policy — it's how the system operates.
Your business plan in Bleanx consists of 660 separate sections. Each section is processed in isolation. When AI generates text for a production section, it doesn't see your financial projections. When working on marketing — it doesn't know your cost structure.
Only directly related data enters the context of each request. Connections between sections are predefined and strictly limited. The system knows that production relates to equipment and personnel. But it won't add your exit strategy or investor deal structure to the context.
The complete picture is assembled only at the final stage — during document export. Until that moment, your business plan exists as a set of isolated fragments.
Bleanx distributes requests across multiple AI providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, and others. Different sections of your plan are processed by different systems.
What this means:
Providers execute atomic tasks. They don't know what the current request is part of, who it belongs to, or how it connects to other requests.
Fragmentation is not an additional security measure — it's the foundation of the architecture. The system was designed from scratch around this principle. A complete business plan never exists in active processing — only during final export under user control.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. TLS 1.3 for transport, AES-256 for storage. This is standard, but it's enforced without exceptions.
Each user's data is isolated at the infrastructure level. Separate encryption keys. Separate storage spaces. No possibility of accidental or intentional access to other users' data through software errors.
Access control is implemented systemically, not through policy. This isn't a rule that "employees shouldn't view user data." It's architecture where such access requires explicit technical actions that are logged and require justification.
With a typical AI tool, a breach means full access to your business plan. With Bleanx, a breach at one provider exposes fragments: individual sections without context, without connections, without understanding whose they are or what they relate to.
A Bleanx employee with maximum access level cannot open your business plan and read it. They can see metadata, usage statistics, technical logs. But not the contents of your sections in assembled form.
Even with a legal request for data disclosure, Bleanx technically doesn't store your business plan as a single document. What's stored are encrypted fragments distributed across the system. Assembly is only possible with your access keys.
We don't use your data for training. Your sections don't end up in training datasets for Bleanx or AI providers. This is fixed in agreements with providers at the API level.
We don't store data longer than necessary. You control the lifecycle of your data. Deletion is complete and irreversible.
We don't make exceptions. Security principles apply to all users equally. There's no "simplified mode" that can be accidentally enabled.
Startups before a round. Your business plan contains everything: unit economics, strategy, competitive analysis. A leak before the round can cost you the deal.
Corporate innovation. Internal projects that can't be disclosed before launch. New product lines. M&A plans.
Consultants and accelerators. Working with multiple clients' data. Reputational risk from any leak.
Bleanx doesn't ask you to trust our security policies. The system's architecture makes most threats technically impossible.
